PBF-LAM provides leaders, administrators and managers with the tools necessary to encourage positive adult behavior in the workplace and maximize employee job performance. This 36-hour comprehensive & research-based course equips those in leadership positions with the skills needed to address challenging adult behaviors. Participants engage in hands-on exercises, role plays and problem-solving scenarios using the six tools of PBF as the foundation for creating productive workplace environments.

To prepare leaders, administrators, and managers to do so, the PBF-LAM course pairs a philosophical frame of reference with effective strategies for success. This 36-hour research and evidence-based curriculum presents essential tools for interacting with and meeting the needs of clients and employees.
